We never give an exact estimate for construction cleaning jobs.  These types of jobs usually require a lot of cooperation between our cleaning crews and the construction crews who are often having to come back to do some touch up painting, fix a leak, go over some grouting, etc.  When that happens, we often have to go in and re-clean an area.  We charge an hourly rate of $40 per hour, per cleaner for all construction cleaning jobs

PAYMENT DUE UPON COMPLETION EACH DAY

We do require that a credit card be left on file when scheduling construction cleaning.  At the end of each working day we will charge the credit card for the total hours of work performed.

We Want to Do a Walk Through With a Manager

At the completion of each job we ask that you make a manager or superintendent available to perform a walk through with a member of our team.  We want to ensure that you are thoroughly satisfied before we let the crew wrap up the job.

Our Crews Do Have Some Limitations

Cleaning Services Of Omaha will equip your cleaners with poles and different dusters to take care of the high dusting in your facility or home, but our cleaners do not climb ladders.  If you need air duct cleaning or chandelier cleaning we can do all that we can with our poles and dusters.

Window Washing is a Separate Service

Cleaning Services Of Omaha does employ window washers, but this crew is different from the cleaners who will be cleaning the interior of the building.  If your project requires window washing services we can certainly take care of this for you but we will send a separate crew toward the end of the job to wash the windows.  This service is billed differently.
